Instructions for Online Submission of Application

हरकोर्ट बटलर प्राविधिक विश्वविद्यालय कानपुर का सप्तम दीक्षांत समारोह दिनांक सितम्बर १९, २०२५ को मनाया जाना सुनिश्चित हुआ है।

7th CONVOCATION-2025 will be held on September 19, 2025 at Shatabdi Bhawan, West Campus, HBTU Kanpur.

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM - SEPTEMBER 10, 2025

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill the online Convocation form carefully.
  2. Candidates who are declared qualified for the award of Under Graduate / Post Graduate / Ph.D. programmes till August 31, 2025 are eligible for receiving the respective degree certificate during convocation ceremony.
  3. Candidates are advised to verify their degree details available on HBTU website (Degree Data Certification) including their name in Hindi, if there are any discrepancy, please write to coe@hbtu.ac.in or convocation@hbtu.ac.in.
  4. Original copy of the No Dues Certificate (if not submitted earlier) must be submitted before August 31, 2025 in the Academic Section. Submission of No dues form/certificate is mandatory for award of Degree in Convocation.
  5. NAD and ABC registration details are mandatory.
  6. Payment gateway will be opened only after successful filling-up of online application and print application will be active only after successful payment of Rs 500/-. Use Desktop / Laptop to login for fee payment.
  7. No refund of fee will be entertained at any circumstances, once remitted.
  8. The degree certificates of those candidates admitted to the convocation IN-ABSENTIA will be sent by registered post to the address given by the candidate.
  9. Important Dates:
    • Date of commencement of Online Application: August 10, 2025
    • Last date for submission of Online Application: September 10, 2025
    • Last date for submission of No Due Certificate in Academic Section: August 31, 2025

Before filling online application, keep following documents ready:

  1. Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask). The dimension of photograph must be 3.5*4.5 cm (width*height) within 10KB to 100KB limit.
  2. Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.
  3. Signature in .JPEG format within 10KB to 100KB limit.
I have read all the instruction mentioned above and certify that I have completed the prescribed course of study and passed all the examinations, and I have not received the Original Degree till date so I want to apply to issue the Original Degree.
मैंने ऊपर उल्लिखित सभी निर्देषों को पढ़ लिया है और मैं प्रमाणित करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम का अध्ययन पूर्ण कर लिया गया है एवं समस्त परीक्षायें उत्तीर्ण कर ली हैं, तथा मुझे आज तक मूल उपाधि प्राप्त नहीं हुई है इसलिए मैं मूल उपाधि जारी करने के लिये आवेदन करना चाहता/चाहती हूँ।
